AAI operates over 100 airports across India — the country's largest network, covering metros AAI directly runs (Chennai, Kolkata), regional hubs, and civil enclaves at defence airfields. As the apex airports body, AAI is responsible for the customer-satisfaction reporting that feeds into DGCA's quarterly review.
NorthSky AERO is the implementation partner for AAI's Customer Satisfaction Survey programme — deploying our AeroFeedback product across the AAI network with surveyor apps, kiosks, QR, and digital channels operating in 22 Indian languages plus 25 international.
